We are sure that you will thoroughly enjoy purchasing Catherine bijoux handmade jewelry! However, if you change your mind, you can return it in perfect condition with proof of sale within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund.

The customer is responsible for the return of the package, including any charges incurred in transit. For returns from outside the EU, customs clearance and duty costs are the sole responsibility of the sender. It would be better to send the parcel registered or by courier. The e-shop is not responsible for any loss. We only accept returns for products purchased from our online store.

If you wish, the refund amount can be credited to your account for your next purchase.

The customer only bears the cost of transportation and the commission of the financial institution through which the credit will be made.

Refunds are made within 10 days of the returned items being received and inspected. Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies by bank and credit card type. In the event that the purchase has been made by cash on delivery, the refund amount will be deposited into a bank account indicated by the customer.

In the event of unauthorized or unacceptable returns, products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
