Catherine Bijoux is a second-generation Greek handmade jewelry company based in Athens, with more than 30 years of continuous presence and experience in the field. We collaborate with retailers across Europe and maintain long-standing wholesale partnerships internationally.
Our brand creates elegant chic pieces inspired by Mediterranean light, simplicity, vibrant colors, and the feminine lines of ancient Greek forms. Every collection blends timeless style with contemporary aesthetics.
Our story began in the late 1980s, when Katerina started designing jewelry that highlights natural feminine beauty with subtlety and finesse. Her vision shaped a brand known for its distinctive yet understated design language—pieces that stand out without being loud. Today, the second generation continues this vision by creating collections that meet the real needs of boutiques and their customers.

We use premium brass—a noble and hypoallergenic metal—plated with 24K yellow gold, rose gold, or silver finish, combined with cultured pearls, natural stones, beads, crystals, handmade crystals, and unique elements sourced from around the world. For decades, we have been committed to using skin-friendly, environmentally conscious materials, with no nickel.
Our collections include both textured metallic pieces with distinctive finishes and colorful pieces featuring crystals, beads, semi-precious stones, and mineral stones.
Every piece is crafted using traditional handmade techniques such as silver soldering, wire processing, and specialized plating methods—giving each item its own unique identity.
Our jewelry has a recognizable aesthetic: minimal, refined textures, elegant chic, and always wearable.
The result: eye-catching jewelry that is distinctive yet not heavy, some delicate, all easy to wear from morning to night—classic pieces with a fresh, modern twist.
We create two seasonal collections each year: Winter and Summer.

All our collections are designed and handmade in our own workshop in Ilioupoli, Athens.
The designer, Evi Gyftou, has over 30 years of experience in jewelry design.
Our production team consists of skilled artisans. Each piece goes through multiple hands and stages of craftsmanship to ensure clean aesthetics, precision, and consistent quality.
