Catherine Bijoux offers a wide range of handmade jewellery that is available for immediate delivery. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, many pieces are made to order. Availability and delivery times depend on the collection and the quantity ordered. For further information, please contact our sales team.

The jewellery is made from carefully selected hypoallergenic materials, with brass as the base metal, combined with crystals, pearls, handmade crystals, cultured pearls, and semi-precious stones.

Our materials are selected with comfort and everyday wear in mind, using skin-friendly materials. In accordance with the latest European guidelines, we ensure that our jewellery contains no lead, cadmium, or nickel. This is one of the main reasons our partners have remained loyal to us over the years.

As with all metal jewellery, its lifespan and appearance are affected by wear and by contact with water, perfume, and chemical products. Proper care significantly helps preserve its condition.

To keep your favourite Catherine Bijoux pieces looking as beautiful as they did on the first day:

Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, and cleaning products while wearing them.
Remove them before sleeping or exercising.
Store them separately to prevent scratches.
For hygiene reasons, avoid trying on earrings in physical stores.

Catherine Bijoux serves its partners and devoted customers throughout Greece and abroad. Orders are shipped through selected delivery partners. For international shipments, our team provides detailed information about the available shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Your order is delivered by our partner courier companies (ACS, ELTA), and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary for islands and remote areas.
International shipments are handled by DHL Courier and are delivered within 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time may vary in certain countries.

For retail orders:

Within Greece:
Shipping is free for orders over €45. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €4, or €6 for cash-on-delivery orders.
For international deliveries to EU countries:
Shipping is free for orders over €90. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €25.
To the United Kingdom:
Shipping is free for orders over €120. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €30.
To the United States:
Shipping is free for orders over €150. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €50.
Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance fees and import duties in the destination country, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

For wholesale orders, our team will contact you as soon as your order has been received and will inform you of the shipping cost, as this depends on the size of the order, the payment method, your location, and parcel insurance.

Once your order has been shipped, our team will contact you by phone or email and provide you with the tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel.

We accept all Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, and Diners credit, debit, and prepaid cards. Your transactions are completed by redirecting you to Eurobank’s secure payment environment. We have taken all necessary measures to safeguard card transactions, and all credit, debit, and prepaid cardholders are subject to validation checks.

Pay for your order upon delivery to your address (cash on delivery is available in Greece only). Payment is made to the courier when your order is delivered. An additional charge of €2 applies in this case (including 24% VAT).

We are confident that you will be delighted with your Catherine Bijoux handmade jewellery purchase. However, if you change your mind, you may return the product in perfect condition, together with the sales receipt, within 14 days of receipt. You may request an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

The customer is responsible for returning the parcel and for any shipping charges incurred. For returns from countries outside the EU, customs clearance costs and duties are the sole responsibility of the sender. We recommend sending the parcel by registered post or courier. The online store cannot be held responsible for any loss. We only accept returns of products purchased from our online store.

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will contact you to confirm its receipt.

At your request, the refund amount may be credited to your account for use on your next purchase.

The customer is responsible only for the shipping cost and any fee charged by the financial institution through which the refund is processed.

Refunds are issued within 10 days after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds are made only to the original credit card, PayPal account, or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing times vary depending on the bank and the type of credit card. If the purchase was paid for by cash on delivery, the refund will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.

If a return is not approved or accepted, the products will be sent back to the delivery address of the original order.

Each piece of jewellery is created with care, attention to detail, and love, and every item is inspected before being shipped to you. Nevertheless, a defect may occur in rare cases.

After assessing the issue, we will proceed with one of the following solutions:

  • repair of the jewellery, where possible,
  • replacement with the same or a similar product, subject to availability,
  • a refund, where applicable.

Handmade jewellery may display minor variations due to the unique nature of the handcrafted production process. These small differences are not considered defects, but rather characteristics that make each creation unique.
