SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS MANAGEMENT

We make every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed by 14:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed Friday after 14:00, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
We make an effort for the products that seem available on our site to be ready to be delivered. In case a product in the order is not available, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery time, which in any case will not exceed 14 days.

DELIVERY

The delivery of your order is done by the cooperating courier companies (Speedex, ACS, ELTA) and the estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days, while it may differ in islands and remote areas.
Shipments abroad are made by DHL courier and are delivered in 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery time may vary in some countries. Deliveries to mailboxes are not made.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Within Greece:
For orders over 45 euros shipping is free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 4 euros.
Abroad in EU Countries:
For orders over 90 euros shipping is free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 25 euros.
In Great Britain:
For orders over 120 euros shipping is free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 30 euros.
In the USA :
For orders over 150 euros shipping is free. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is 50 euros.
Deliveries outside the EU are usually subject to customs clearance costs and import duties in the country of dispatch and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
